Description :

Coaching is now seen as one of the most effective methods of enhancing performance in the workplace. An effective manager leads highly productive teams who are keen to learn new skills that will help improve effectiveness.

This one day programme will provide managers with the skills to be able to conduct a coaching session with a member of staff. Delegates on this programme will benefit from a participative, practical session that is geared to develop the skills and confidence in a supportive environment.

Aims :

This is a highly practical and participative session with the emphasis on giving participants the opportunity, in a safe environment, to practice the skills of coaching. Participants should have people management responsibilities where the skills of coaching can be applied.

This will be achieved through participants exploring and engaging with fellow participants in an interactive and experiential day.
