You may also have evidence that could be of use to you as a result of the Self-Evaluation carried out by your school. You will find The "School Self-Ealuation CD" produced by DENI and "Together Towards Improvement" document invaluable for this exercise.
Another valuable document in this regard is "The Reflective Teacher" as published by ETI

NCSL (National College for School Leadership) has produced a very good document on Self Evaluation .
