Professional Qualification for Headship in Northern Ireland : Application Form

To use this online application form you should contact the PQH (NI) admin team at the RTU to get a Username and a Password. Password is case sensitive. You will also be asked for your C2K e-mail address.

You may then use the Username and Password provided to start using the online application form. When you have completed your sections of the application you need to share your username and password with your Principal/Line Manager.

Do not attempt to complete this form before reading the document entitled Principal "Applicantion Pack".

You do not need to complete the form at one sitting. As long as you save your work, using the various save options available in the form, you may log in again at any time, and either edit text, add additional content or view how the form will look when completed and ready for submission. You may wish to prepare text offline and then paste it into the application form. Please click on the "Help & Guidance" link when you have logged in for advice on doing this.

Please note: you should download a copy of your form before giving access to your Principal/Line manager.
