Eligibility

International Leadership Learning Programme

You can apply in writing for the International Leadership Learning Programme (ILLP) as an individual, a group / smaller collaborative:

You must be a:

Senior Educational Leader/headteacher/VP, as equivalent, with at least 5 years senior leadership experience.

You must also be able to:

commit to three face-to-face workshops, an international visit (between seven and 10 days) and inter-sessional reading and activities
demonstrate the ability to disseminate and embed learning from the study visit within and/or beyond your own organisation

In the situation of demand outstripping supply, previous beneficiaries of an RTU sponsored International programme may be placed on a reserve list.

Other members of the school community may apply as part of a group application. However, these members will need to cover the full costs of their participation. Such members could be school governors,teaching staff, and members of other organisations working with schools or school business partners.

All applicants must have approval from their chair of governors and senior leaders must also have approval from their Line Manager/headteacher, as appropriate
