Leading a Learning Organisation within a Shared Partnership/Network

This module will provide participants with an understanding of the features and strategies necessary to lead a Learning Organisation into partnerships and wider networks. 

Identifying the appropriate conditions to create a culture/ethos of collaboration, based on academic research. 

Participants will develop an understanding of the shared education ethos and the opportunities that partnership working can bring to organisations performance. Opportunities to share best practice, recognise when and how collaboration can support educational outcomes and explore overall school improvement will feature

This module will blend reflective and experiential learning

** Failure to attend once registered will result in a deduction in the partnership TPL allocation.
